Recurring Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains HAOLLA Managed Learning billing operations. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law prevail where they provide greater protection.
1. Recurring billing
Managed Learning is a monthly recurring service. The exact amount and currency shown at checkout are the amount authorized for recurring billing. After the initial payment-method authorization, future charges may occur on the scheduled billing date without a new authentication step.
2. Stopping future billing
You may stop future automatic billing before the next scheduled charge. Once cancellation is scheduled, HAOLLA will not initiate the next charge. Access already paid for normally remains available through the end of the paid period unless applicable law or an approved refund requires otherwise.
3. Withdrawal and refunds
Stopping future billing and requesting a refund for a completed charge are separate actions. Statutory withdrawal or refund rights are not limited by this policy. Where service has already begun or been partly used, the refundable amount may depend on applicable law, the contract, and actual use.
4. Service not as described
If the service materially differs from its description, advertising, or contract, you retain any remedies provided by applicable law.
5. Failed charges and retries
Recurring charges can fail because of card expiry, limits, insufficient funds, or other provider reasons. HAOLLA may retry only within its billing controls and will not retry indefinitely.
6. Price changes
Material price increases or free-to-paid conversion will follow any notice or renewed-consent requirements imposed by applicable law. HAOLLA will not silently increase the amount already authorized and charge it without the required process.
7. Refund requests
Submit a refund or withdrawal request through the HAOLLA contact page. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where practicable or through an equivalent lawful method.
8. Policy changes
New terms are published as a new version. Each checkout consent stores the policy version and a verification hash applicable at the time of consent.
